Partners General Insurance Agency (PGIA) has launched a strategic learning initiative designed to enhance the professional development of its production staff by providing direct insights from representatives of our carrier partners.
As part of this program, professionals from claims, legal, financial, actuarial, and underwriting are invited to deliver presentations that provide understanding into their day-to-day responsibilities and specialized functions.
This initiative aims to foster cross-disciplinary understanding through an interactive and engaging platform. PGIA production team will get the opportunity to learn directly from seasoned carrier experts who will provide them with a deeper knowledge of critical functions and processes within a carrier organization. This will further enhance their technical expertise and enable more effective decision-making.
